What is IPL?
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a high-energy, broad-wavelength light treatment with a wavelength range of 400nm to 1200nm. IPL radiation triggers photothermal and photochemical reactions. The photochemical IPL promotes collagen regeneration and reorganization, making the skin softer and smoother. The photothermal IPL penetrates the epidermis and is preferentially absorbed by diseased pigments.
