Once you confirm the product model, quantity, and destination, we will send you a proforma invoice with all the details including payment terms and estimated delivery time.
What payment methods do you accept?

How long does it take to process and deliver the order?
Production usually takes 2–3 working days for regular models, and 7–15 working days for customized OEM/ODM machines. After production, shipping time depends on the method: Air express (DHL/UPS/FedEx) takes 3–7 days globally, while sea shipping can take 15–35 days depending on the destination port. We provide tracking information and shipping support throughout the process.
