A Great HIFU Machine Experience from QM – My Honest Review
My name is Şenay, and I run a beauty salon in Istanbul, Turkey. My salon is very busy every day. We have clients coming in every day for skin care, anti-aging, and body lifting treatments. About two months ago, our HIFU machine suddenly broke down and stopped working completely. I tried everything to fix it—even reached out to the original supplier—but there was no solution. I paid right after the second video call.
About 8–9 days later, the machines arrived at my salon. The delivery was smooth, and everything was packed very carefully. After unboxing, there was no damage at all. I followed the user manual and training videos from QM Medical and quickly learned how to use the system. My staff also love the new machines. They all say the design is modern, easy to use, and the treatment results are even better than our previous HIFU machines.
I really appreciate the quality of these devices. We’ve already started using them on clients for non-invasive skin tightening, face lifting, and body contouring. The feedback has been excellent. Also, QM Medical told me that if I order a third machine within two months, I will get a 10% discount. That sounds great, and I’m already planning to buy again.
This experience changed my view about Chinese beauty machines. QM Medical is very different from other suppliers I’ve dealt with before. They are professional, honest, and truly care about service. I feel lucky to have found them.
